Development

ABACUS was developed using R package Shiny (version 1.3.2).
ABACUS is inspired by hundreds of R Shiny applications developed by other users. ABACUS attempts to synchronise basic statistical principles in a single integrated framework.

ABACUS on CRAN

ABACUS is also available on the Comprehensive R Archive Network (CRAN).
Please download it from the CRAN package repository
Please note that ABACUS on CRAN may not include all the modules as some modules are still on testing phase.

iDRUG: integrated Dose Response Guide
Similar to ABACUS, iDRUG is an interactive application to understand dose-response analysis in a self-learning environment. It implements the log-logistic model: the most commonly used model to fit the dose-response data. It combines the power of R Shiny with statistical simulation; it generates experimental data arising from different pharmacological experiments and demonstrates the statistical modelling principles behind fitting the dose response curve.
